AK Building Services is owned and operated by Mark & Shari Cedar. We are not a franchise and do not subcontract our work to other companies. Mark grew up in the cleaning business—in 1973, his father created Action Kleen Systems.

All of our cleaners are employees of AK Building Services. We conduct background checks to screen employees for criminal activity, perform drug testing and verify citizenship. All cleaners are well supervised and we conduct spot checks to ensure the highest level of quality.
